The shampoo is approximately 80g ( lasts 1 to 2 months and each conditioner is approx 60g ( lasts 4-6 months. ————————————————————————————————————- To use: Hold Bar under Running Water, Create a lather using your hands and apply to the hair, alternatively apply bar directly to your hair, Rinse, Repeat where necessary. Then glide Conditioner of sections of hair, this bar will not lather and a little goes a long way.
